Free packs

Your account gets a free pack every 12 hours, up to 2 waiting. Open them from the shelf on Home. When none is ready, the shelf shows when the next one comes.

Report a set

In the app, open the Collection tab, then the set, and tap the flag button (Report this set) at the top. It’s also next to Odds on a pack link’s page, in the app and on ogami.app. Pick a reason. We review every report and take down sets that break our terms, for everyone. If someone used your work, also write to support@ogami.app so we can reach you.

Cancel a trade offer

Open the Trade tab, then Your offers, and tap Cancel offer on the offer. Its link stops working and your cards are free again. An offer someone already accepted can’t be undone.

Make your own set

Sets are made in Ogami Studio at dash.ogami.app, in a web browser, with your Ogami account. We review every set before it goes live.

Delete your account

In the app, tap the Profile button at the top left of Home (the circle with your initial), then Delete account and confirm with Delete my account. Your packs, cards, trade offers and notification tokens are deleted, and creator profiles you are the last owner of are closed, with their sets taken down. Or email us from your account’s address. Details in the privacy policy.
